赵红颖博士、副教授、硕士研究生导师,临床医学博士后。2006年考入英国beat365官方网站入口生物信息学专业,2011年保送英国beat365官方网站入口的硕士研究生,2016年获得英国beat365官方网站入口医学博士学位(硕博连读,导师:李霞教授)。2018年晋升为副教授。研究方向主要集中在人类复杂疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤非编码区域的功能研究,以乳腺癌、肺癌、胶质母细胞瘤等为疾病模型,建立与完善高通量测序技术所检测的基因组、表观组、转录组、调控组等多组学数据的整合分析方法,以非编码RNA和非编码功能元件为核心、解析癌症发生的分子机制以及生物信息学平台的建设。

近年来发表SCI论文37篇,发表第一作者/通讯作者的SCI论文16篇,单篇最高影响因子19.16。近期研究成果连续发表在《Nucleic Acids Research》、《Molecular therapy Nucleic acids》、《Journal of Translational Medicine》和《Frontiers in Immunology》等杂志上。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后特别资助项目、黑龙江省青年英才计划项目等6项科研课题,作为学术骨干参加国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)和国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)各一项。作为编委参与编写作为编委编写‘十三五’全国高等医学院校本科规划教材《医用高等数学》第二版和《Non-coding RNAs in Complex Diseases》。获得黑龙江省高校科学技术奖一等奖1项。

主讲《生物信息学》、《分子网络分析》、《计算表观遗传学》、《生物数据可视化技术》、《R语言程序设计》和《医用高等数学》等课程。荣获2017年度优秀教师称号,2019年度青年教师讲课大赛院级二等奖,指导学生参加全国大学生数学建模竞赛获三等奖,全美大学生数学建模竞赛获M奖(一等奖)。
