Privacy Policy for BNT Consulting

This Privacy Notice explains how BNT Consulting (“BNT”) collects and uses personal data, and describes the rights you have with the respect to your data.  Your privacy is important to us.  We do not sell your personal information and are committed to keeping your information secure.

Personal Information is defined as any information related to an individual who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, by identifiers including, but not limited to, name, address, identification number, company affiliation, occupation, industry, region/country, reasons for contacting Wolf, topics you are interested in and any other information you may provide to us.  It also includes data that may infer the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of an individual.

When you register for an event, BNT may collect additional information (online or offline) in relation to the event such as recordings or photographs.

We collect and use your personal information with your consent to provide you with access to the website, communications, where we have a legitimate business interest or other legal basis for such collection and use. The personal information you submit to us may be used to manage our relationship with you, including any of your requests, to customize or improve the website or related services offered to you.

If you register or login to a BNT website using a third party single sign-in service that authenticates your identity and connects to your social media login information (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), we will collect any information or content needed for the registration or login that you permitted the social media provider to share with BNT such as name and email address.

We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes, or to send you promotional materials or communications regarding services provided by BNT that we feel may be of interest to you. We may also contact you to seek feedback on services provided by BNT or for market or other research purposes. Your personal information may also be used to protect our rights or property and that of our clients.  You may at any time request that we discontinue sending you communications, emails or other correspondence by sending an email to info@bnt-consulting.com.

Any personal information collected by BNT with be used in the manner outlined in this privacy statement.  Your personal information will not be used for other purposes without obtaining your permission, unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We may provide your personal information to third parties (and their subsidiaries and affiliates) in order to support our internal processes, provide you with information that could be of interest to you, conduct market or other research, to respond to your requests or inquiries; or where those parties handle information on our behalf. In relation to communications, we may also share your personal information with service providers in connection with the delivery of such communications.

We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all personal information provided by users with respect to Communications, or via the Website from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Children’s privacy protection

We understand the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Communications and the Website are not designed for or intentionally targeted at children under the age of 16. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 16. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have received such information, we will take steps to delete it.

In addition to describing our current privacy practices, this Privacy Notice also describes the categories of personal information we collected, disclosed, or sold during the preceding 12 months. We may modify or amend this Privacy Notice from time to time at our discretion.
